The increase in the Italian renewable energy business in Italy was implemented through the use of structures that provide for the establishment of special purpose companies under Italian law financed on a no / limited recourse basis. With this approach we have created a new consulting area dedicated to foreign financial and industrial investors providing accounting, tax, corporate and financial services.
