We inform you that the law n.340 of 24.11.2000 containing “Provisions for the delegation of rules and for the simplification of administrative procedures. Simplification Law 1999 ”(published in Official Gazette No. 275 of 24.11.2000) introduced, among other things, some important simplifications in the area of company law. The novelties are governed by articles 30, 32 and 33.
