Reimbursement of insurance premiums paid unduly
It is noted that the Antitrust Authority, with a provision of 28.07.2002, having ascertained the existence of cartel operations by 17 insurance companies, sentenced them to pay damages to taxpayers for insurance premiums paid in the years 1995-2000 in the amount of 20 per cent.
With this circular we intend to provide clarifications regarding the eventual due for the reimbursement and the recovery methods.
