Financial Law 2002
We inform you that Law no. 448 of December 28, 2001, published in the Official Gazette no. 301 of December 29, 2001, concerning "Provisions for the preparation of the annual and multi-year financial statements of the State", (Finance law 2002) introduced significant changes regarding income taxes and other indirect taxes.
This circular is intended to provide a first overview of the main changes that have taken place which, following the circulars issued in recent days by the Revenue Agency, will be further investigated with subsequent interventions.
