Maxi Decree approved
We inform you that the Law Decree n. 269 of 30 September 2003, published in the Official Gazette no. 229 of 2 October 2003, on "Matters of economic development and correction of public accounts", was definitively approved with the conversion law no. 326 of November 24, 2003.
With this circular we provide updates regarding the changes relating to the articles dealt with in our circular no. 7/2003 and by further arguments added during the conversion.
