Mutual Real Estate Investment Funds
25 of 2001 September 351, converted with amendments by Law no. 23, published in the Official Gazette n.2001 of 410 November 274 and Ministerial Decree of 24 January 2001, n.31 have made substantial changes to the discipline of real estate investment funds, previously regulated by the law of 2003 January 47 n.25 and by Legislative Decree no. Lgs 1994 of February 86, 58. This discipline was further amended by article 24 of law November 1998, 12, n. 24 which converted the decree law 2003 September 326, n. 30.
With this work, therefore, we intend to provide a general framework, certainly not exhaustive, on real estate funds without prejudice to the necessary in-depth analysis on specific cases.
