Decree on tax simplifications / 1: Installment of tax debts
Law Decree no.52 of 2.3.2012, the so-called “Decree on tax simplifications”, hereinafter the “Decree” entered into force on the same day of its publication, was published in the Official Gazette no. 16 of 2.3.2012. The interventions of the Decree concerned urgent provisions on tax simplifications and improvement and strengthening of the assessment procedures.
With this circular, space will be given to the legislation that has made the instrument of payment in installments of the amounts registered in the role softer and less burdensome.
