“Incentives Decree” 1: incentives for industries and construction.
With the Legislative Decree n.40 / 2010, the so-called "Incentive Decree", converted by Law n.72 of 2010, which contains provisions on the fight against tax fraud and the strengthening of tax collection, some support measures have been introduced to the sector industry in crisis through, among other things, the allocation of an Incentive Fund. The same Incentives Decree also provided for simplification for building interventions.
This circular illustrates the measures launched to support the economic recovery, including the establishment of an Incentive Fund, also in light of the Implementing Decree approved on 26 March 2010 and published in Official Gazette 79 of 6 April 2010, and the launched for the purposes of simplification for building interventions.
