The new anti-circumvention measures of the "Salva Italia"

Among the most significant innovations introduced by Decree Law n.201 of December 6, 2011 (hereinafter "Maneuver Monti" or "Maneuver"), converted by Law no.214 of December 22, 2011, there are new measures in the fight against evasion.

With this circular we want to provide some clarifications, in terms of the use of financial information by the Administration as well as on the limits to the use of cash, also in light of the recent approval of the so-called Decree of Tax Simplifications (Legislative Decree 16 of 2 March 2012), and the use of bank checks and bearer passbooks.
