Application of the facilities referred to in Art. 8 Law 23 December 2000 n. 388 to companies engaged in the collection and disposal of solid urban waste.
We inform you that following the publication of the Ministerial Resolution no. 24 of 28.01.2002 issued by the Revenue Agency, Central Regulatory and Litigation Department, it seems appropriate to provide further clarifications to encourage the use of the facility in question also to companies operating in the sector of municipal solid waste collection.
