The internationalization decree / 2
On 22 September 2015, the Official Gazette no. 220, the Legislative Decree 14 September 2015, n. 147 containing “Provisions containing measures for the growth and internationalization of businesses” (hereinafter the “Decree”).
Given the vastness of the topics, the analysis of the most significant innovations was divided into two parts, the first of which was dealt with in the newsletter no. 16 of 23 December 2015.
