Gianmaria Di Meglio was born in Napoli on June 23, 1969, he graduated in International Economics and Trade and Currency Markets at the Parthenope University of Napoli in 1998. In 2001 he gained the title of Chartered Accountant and is now registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors of the MEF since 2002.

Since 1999 he has been a partner of Fiorentino Associati, a professional firm in Napoli, Rome and Milan. He mainly deals with tax litigation, pre-litigation management, relations with collection agencies, assistance with tax audits, tax refunds and tax relief, holding other tax positions in all national territories.

He is mediator and conciliator at the accredited mediation body Medì; He is a trustee for Equitalia S.p.A. and Agenzia Entrate Riscossione.

He is a lecturer in the masters of higher education organized by the I.P.E. – Institute for research and educational activities, as part of the tax module of competence of Fiorentino Associati

He deals with the drafting of newsletters, circulars and jurisprudential alerts concerning issues related to the collection and judgments of the Corte di Cassazione. Especially in tax litigation.
