Marco Fiorentino was born in Napoli in 1961, graduated with honors in Economics and Business at the University of Napoli Federico II, since 1987 he has been working as a chartered accountant and statutory auditor, he is the author of countless publications in the tax field and collaborates with various specialized magazines. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio – Department of Economics and Law – teaching course "Economics of Groups – Governance of listed companies", he has been a professor of post-graduate masters organized by the University "La Sapienza" of Rome in international tax law and now he is a teacher of higher education masters organized by the I.P.E. – Institute for Research and Educational Activities and the SAF of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Napoli.

He has been a member of several professional associations, such as the Union of Young Chartered Accountants of the province of Napoli, the Law and Practice Bankruptcy Committee, the Corporate Finance Committee at the Order of Chartered Accountants of Napoli. He is currently a member of the Club of Administrative and Financial Executives – CDAF and of the National Association of Administrative and Financial Doctors – ANDAF.

He is a technical consultant accredited by the Court and has carried out several evaluation appraisals in company transformation operations, merger pursuant to Article XNUMX-bis of the Civil Code for the transfer of assets, sworn proposals for compositions, impairment tests. He has held roles as CTU and coadjutor of various Courts, in civil litigation and in composition proposals.

He has extensive experience as chairman and managing director in leading companies also listed on the MTA and AIM and has been and is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of countless Italian companies, operating in various industrial, commercial and service field.

Specialized in extraordinary corporate transactions, M&A, anti-avoidance interviews, he has gained wide experience in group corporate law, extraordinary and group taxation and intercompany services, as well as in IAS and ITA GAAP group financial statements.
