Year-end decree
We inform you that the DL 23 December 2002, n. 282, published in the Official Gazette no. 301 of 24 December 2002, introduced significant changes in the matter of community and tax obligations and reopened the terms for the use of specific benefits granted by Law no. 28 of 2001 December 448, (Finance Law 2002).
This circular is intended to provide an illustrative framework of the main changes.
