Development of the economy and correction of public accounts
We inform you that the Law Decree n. 269 of 30 September 2003, published in the Official Gazette no. 229 of 2 October 2003, in "Matters of economic development and correction of public accounts" introduced some provisions in the tax field of considerable and immediate relevance.
This circular is intended to provide initial information on the main topics in the tax field, without prejudice to the appropriate updates / insights, especially on the discipline of the arrangement, which will become necessary upon conversion of the decree into law.
