Decree on tax simplifications / 2: Amendment of administrative sanctions

With this circular, we continue the analysis of the innovations introduced by Law Decree 16, the so-called "Decree on tax simplifications" (hereinafter the "Decree"), published on 2 March 2012 in the Official Gazette 52.
The Decree intervened with urgent provisions on tax simplifications and the improvement and strengthening of the assessment procedures and related sanctions.

Here, clarifications will be provided regarding the legislation that has changed the application of sanctions in the administrative sphere.
