The new limited liability companies
The Law Decree no.01 of 22 January 2012 (the so-called "Liberalization Decree"), converted by Law no. 27 of 24 March 2012, and the Law Decree no. 83 of 22 June 2012 (the so-called "Growth Decree"), not yet converted into law, have introduced significant changes to the institution of the limited liability company.
With this circular we provide the first indications on the innovations that have occurred.
