The Creditor Agreement

As is known, Law no. 350/2003, published in the Official Gazette no. 229 of December 27, 2003, concerning “Provisions for the preparation of the annual and multi-year financial statements of the State”, (2004 Finance Law) introduced some provisions in the tax field of considerable and immediate relevance.

With this circular we intend to provide a first framework of the new rules with reference to the discipline of the arrangement with creditors.
