With this circular we begin, in the form of a summary synoptic sheet, the analysis of the main innovations introduced in the corporate field by the recent corporate reform (Legislative Decree no. 6 of January 17, 2003 and subsequent amendments.
Here we will analyze the rules relating to the limited liability company. Obviously, this work does not aim to be exhaustive, but only to provide concrete preliminary information on the new tools envisaged by the law, which may be the subject of further study, in application or first interpretation.
