Development contracts

This circular is intended to provide a first framework on Development Contracts, referred to in the Ministerial Decree of 24 September 2010 aimed at launching investment projects, which have as their object development objectives such as:

• the construction of new production units;
• the expansion of existing production units;
• the diversification of the production of a production unit into new additional products;
• the fundamental change in the overall production process of an existing production unit.
