Maneuver of the hundred days for the revival of the economy Law no. 383 of 18 October 2001
It should be noted that with Law 383 of 18 October 2001 published in the Official Gazette on 24 October 2001 no. 248, the first measures for the revival of the economy were launched by the Government. With this circular we intend to begin to provide a first overview of the main innovations and / or legislative changes introduced, also in the light of circular no. 88, 90 and 91 issued by the Revenue Agency respectively on 11 October 2001, 17 October 2001 and 18 October 2001.
