“Incentives Decree” 3: Illegal gambling
Article 2, paragraph 2 bis of Law n.73 of May 22, 2010 converting, with amendments, the decree-law of March 25, 2010 n.40 (hereinafter the "Incentives Decree") introduced some innovations in the field of games and betting, an increasingly important sector in terms of financial impact and therefore the subject of constant attention by the legislator.
