“Summer maneuver” 1: Buildings and land registry - The new rules
The corrective maneuver (Law no. 122 of 2010, hereinafter the "Maneuver"), as part of the actions aimed at combating tax and social security evasion, included a series of measures relating to the circulation and use of real estate suitable to attribute truly representative values to the cadastral data.
With this work we proceed to the analysis of the provisions contained in Article 19, in anticipation of the birth of the integrated real estate registry (Article 19 paragraph 1 of the Maneuver) which will have the function of certifying the state of integration of the databases relating to real estate.
