Investments in disadvantaged areas
With reference to our circular no.6 of 16.03.2001 and following the publication of circular 41 / E of 18.04.2001 issued by the Revenue Agency, Central Regulatory and Litigation Department, it seemed appropriate to provide further clarifications to facilitate the use of '' facilitation for investments made in disadvantaged areas pursuant to Article 8 of Law no. 388 of 23.12.2000 (2001 Finance Law).
