Financial 2010/1 Revaluation of land and equity investments

Article 2, paragraph 229 of Law No. 191 of December 23, 2009 (hereinafter "Financial 2010") amended Article 2, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree No. 282 of 2002, reopening the terms for the restatement of the purchase value of equity investments not traded on regulated markets and land, both buildable and for agricultural use, owned as of January 1, 2010.

This circular illustrates the issues referred to in the index, also in light of the clarifications provided by Telefisco 2010 (hereinafter “Telefisco”).
